99 White Swans is a responsible enterprise and will only seek to provide products and services that are fully compliant to any and all financial regulations that exist in the countries and regions in which we operate. As an enterprise, our core intent is to educate and build the trading confidence of our users* through the provision of self-directed software tools for traders – ultimately, we want our traders to become sufficiently skilled to be more proficient, self-directed and profitable in their own right.

We have gone to extraordinary lengths to develop software tools, most notably our AlgoEdge trading algorithm/s, that are UNMATCHED across the global market in that our software trading tools allow the trader to make configuration changes that align to their unique trading preferences and are applicable across their trading portfolio, whilst at the same time providing the trader with full control over any and all of their monetary investment funds (all of which are  separately managed according to independent 3rd-party Broker agreements and according to the financial regulatory conditions applicable to said broker).

99 White Swans do not offer any Copy Trading services, nor anything similar.

99 White Swans never touch nor control the monetary investment funds of our traders and we provide no financial advice towards the decisions that our traders make – we do and will provide some educational input to ensure that our traders are sufficiently skilled in the knowledge of our trading software tools to be able to self-direct their trading activities as they may relate to the use of our software tools. 

Every trader that utilises our software is required to digitally acknowledge a disclaimer that acts as a critical gateway to each and every trade that the trader makes while using our software – without this acknowledgement, the trader is not able to execute trades using our trading software tools.

For the absence of any doubt, all trades that are made by any of our users with the facilitating capability of the 99 White Swans AlgoEdge trading software (or other similar products), are made under the full control and direction of said trader and 99 White Swans will never provide any financial advice to such traders – we will provide only educational advice that is aimed at informing the user around the technical aspects and financial understanding of using and optimising the provided software tools to suit their unique trading preferences.

99 White Swans will NEVER take nor handle any of our trader’s investment funds – we always leave investment decisions to our traders, allowing them to make independent decisions in accordance with 3rd party brokers with whom our traders enter into agreements completely separate from 99 White Swans.

In accordance with the above, and to our very best knowledge, 99 White Swans is not subject to any Financial Regulations in any of the regions/countries in which we operate – in the event that Financial Regulation becomes a requirement into the future, in any such region/country, 99 White Swans will immediately seek to comply with such Regulation, as soon as we become aware of such change and in some cases we may choose to cease to offer our service/products in such jurisdictions, where the business proposition no longer makes sense.

…. as 99 White Swans grows as an Enterprise, we may seek to develop and expand the services which we offer – if such growth and expansion requires that we then comply with Financial Regulations in accordance with such contemplated (new) service expansions, then we will accordingly seek to gain Financial Compliance with local Financial Regulatory authorities worldwide and as we do so, we will add the status of any such application processes here. We aim to be very transparent with our users/traders and all Financial regulatory authorities as we believe that this is always in the best interest of everyone involved.

Unless a clear statement is made on this website, it should be assumed that 99 White Swans is not currently a registered investment advisor, nor financial service provider, in any countries or regions, except those that have been clearly indicated on this website – we also have no current obligation in this regard for the products and/or services that we offer, as explained above.
